Once we receive your items, our team typically processes them within 3-5 business days. After evaluation, you'll receive an offer. If you accept, payment is processed within 1-2 business days.

If you're not satisfied with our offer, we can return your items to you at no cost, or you can choose to donate them to our partner charities.

We accept items with minor wear and tear, but they should be in generally good condition. Items with significant damage or defects may not be eligible for purchase, but we can still help you donate them.

After completing the submission form, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply package your items securely and drop them off at your nearest shipping location.
